Ingredience

• Some brown bananas (2 1/3 c)
• Flour (2 c)
• Butter (1/2 c)
• Brown sugar (3/4 c)
• Eggs (2)
• Baking soda (1 tsp)
• Salt (1/4 tsp)

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350F and grease a 9x5 loaf pan
2. Mash the hell out of the bananananana
3. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt
4. In a separate bowl, cream together butter with brown sugar
5. To the separate bowl, stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended
6. Mix the mixtures together and stir just til moistened
7. Bake until it passes the toothpick test (60-65 min).
8. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
